Summertime sunnies...

Okay, so I'm looking for some new shades for summer, and there's no better (or more reasonably priced) place to go than Accessorize. They really do have a wide selection of sunglasses to suit any style, and here I have picked my four most favourite pairs. Now is a case of choosing a a pair... or a couple :)

I'm a total sucker for good girly summer pop and this is just the ticket. I first heard it on Radio 1 this week on the Scott Mills show and it really brightened my day. This is a definitely going to be on my summer 2010 soundtrack for those sunny days with my girlfriends. Now I can't wait for a follow up album to One of The Boys, as this has already got my ears happy...

Radio 1's Big Weekend...

I finally registered for Radio 1's Big Weekend tickets today. The event is being held in Bangor, Wales (heaven knows how I would get there!) and spans across Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd May. You can only apply for one out of the two days, so I chose Sunday, where some of my favourite artists are playing, such as Vampire Weekend and You Me At Six. Also playing will be Pixie Lott, Biffy Clyro, Ke$ha, Paulo Nutini, Kids In Glass Houses, Paramore and Delphic. I have no idea why I am building my hopes up because the chance of winning tickets is ever so slim, but I can still dream.........
